Working Out With Minimal Equipment
Quarantine 2020 helped a lot of us to realize how important movement is for our overall health, but also how tough it can be to get motivated without a gym or facility at our disposal. So what do you do when you have very little, or even no, equipment at your disposal? YOU STILL MOVE. It is so easy to find bodyweight/minimal equipment programs online. Unfortunately- the quality can be lacking in the majority of those find. One huge key to success that I have found within fitness is creating small, sustainable steps that work for YOU. A program should fit into your schedule and allow you to feel like the movement is an investment and not a chore in your day!
