Functional Strength
Did you know your workout program is supposed to make you MOVE better, not just make you look better? While looking good is an amazing by-product of an effective exercise regimen, it is not the only goal. I train all of my clients with the goals of: doing it themselves, keeping things well-rounded, and maximizing their time/effort/results. Basically, you deserve to not waste your time. Creating an effective workout program is more detailed than a lot of people realize and the focus should always be doing things that challenge you, keep you balanced, and moving for the rest of your life. If your workouts are always crazy hard and going for the “wow factor”, there is a good chance you may get injured before you even have a chance to see results.
This approach is not quick and easy. I program for the LONG haul. I want you moving for the rest of your life, and moving WELL. If you can create a healthy lifestyle with sustainable habits- you will be UNBEATABLE. This particular hybrid program is created for those with a current regimen, and has a nice balance of strength, hit, and recovery. This month-long program will guide you to a sustainable outline that you can continue even after you have completed it. Workouts come to you via the True Coach app, with an option to have ME as your coach, checking in and ensuring you are getting the most bang for you buck!
